Here's what was in my Ipsy bag this month:
- Cailyn Tinted Lip Balm in "Big Apple"
- Nyx eye shadow in "Pure Gold"
- Starlooks Kohl Eye Pencil in "Obsidian"
- It's so BIG! volumizing mascara
- Freeman Feeling Beautiful facial masques
- Facial brightening
- Facial purifying
- Facial hydrating
The lip balm isn't really my color and y'all know what happened the last time I tried one of these face mask things. I likely won't try these. That means they'll go into a nice big pot for a giveaway (if my beauty bag buddies don't claim them first).
I've liked everything I've had from Nyx so far so I suspect I'll adore the gold shadow.
That only leaves the mascara and eye pencil...I suspect it'll take me a few weeks before I get the chance to try them. So, as always, if they're super awesome, I'll do a post devoted to them.
Despite these notes, I'm pleased with this month's bag. Thanks, Ipsy! <3
Anya's June Ipsy Bag
Here's what came in my Ipsy bag this month:

I realized I hadn't ever posted this. I've actually not tried any of the products yet. I know, I'm seriously slacking this month. Feel free to smack me. I deserved it.
But you should check out Melissa's Ipsy post and see the mess the J.cats sparkling Cream made of her hand.
Mel's June Ipsy
Starlooks Lip Pencil (K337 Tipsy) - I honestly think this item is a tad bit odd since Starlooks is another make up subscription company. Not sure why you would want it in a competitors box. Product-wise, I don't use lip pencils, so this will be going to a friend.
Update: I take back what I said, I swatched it and it's super creamy, and really pigmented. Color me impressed.
NYX Blush: PB14 Spice - I've been dying to get a NYX blush for awhile now and this color is super pigmented. Can't wait to use this!
J.Cat Beauty Sparkling Cream Palette: Suzie - Not really my style, but I'll try it out.
Update: Tried it out and no. NO! My hand was invaded by glitter. Don't fall for its tricks.
Cailyn Cosmetics Line-Fix Gel Eyeliner with Brush Built-In: Purple - I received the color purple. I'm not actually going to use this since I have 3-4 other gel liners waiting on me.
J.Cat Beauty Eyelash + Eyelash Glue: UN13 - YAY I <3 lashes! Side note: They're 100% human hair. That kind of terrifies me.
I'll update this post with reviews or do a new post if I really like the item(s).

Anya's December Ipsy/MyGlam

This month's Ipsy/MyGlam is awesome! These are huge samples...if not full-sized. For $10 that's a steal!
It came with:
- NYX Pearl Shadow "Sky Pink Pearl"
- I've yet to use this. Pink is a color I'm not terribly into.
- Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Pencil
- This does glide on. But it also glided right off when I wiped it off my hand (where I did the testing). So if you're looking for something water-proof, look elsewhere. It was a nice rich black that I liked. I'm wearing it today. I'll update the post if it stays on like nobody's business but I'm not holding my breath.
- Mirabella Prime for Face and Eyes
- The consistency is a little runnier than most primers I've tried but it went on silky. I never can tell how a primer works until I've tried it several times so the jury is still out on this one.
- Mai Couture highlight papier
- I've yet to try these as well but it's a neat idea.
- Be A Bombshell lip gloss "Hot Mess"
- This lipgloss is nice and red. I'm not sure it's a match for my complexion but I certainly wish it were!
