Julep March Box
For March's box I used up Julep points to get three add-ons. And so they sent me a freebie. Hooray for freebies.
The box itself came with three polishes...at least that is how I arranged it. Here's what I picked:
Marcy
Prosecco silk (semi-matte opalescent)
Jahnavi
Iced chai chrome
Lucky
Kelly green and gold coin multi-dimensional, full coverage glitter
For the add-ons, I picked:
Get In Line Invisible Lip Liner
Fluid Eye Glider
CTRL + Z Eye Makeup Eraser
The freebie I got as a result of picking three add-ons was "Francis"
which is described as "Celery green crème"
Here's what the add-ons looked like out of their boxes:
And swatches of the polishes:

My favorite in this box?
The Silk Finish polish, Marcy.
You can't tell from the swatch, but it's covers decently considering it's so pale, and it dries to a neat "silk" finish.
That said, I haven't tried the add-ons yet, so they might be awesome. As usual, if they are, I'll do another post.

Zoya Deal Haul + Swatches
Last month Zoya had a deal: get three polishes for the price of shipping (which, incidentally was $15). But with the purchase came a trio of mini polishes. I thought it was a pretty good deal, considering these polishes retail for $9-10.
Here's what I got:
The mini trio: Severine, Anais, Charlott
The three I picked: Autumn, Remy, Chantal
Swatches, one coat of Severine, Charlott, Anais, and Severine again.

A few coats of Chantal.

Julep - February Box
This month's Julep box was jam packed!
Someone was a good monkey because she got extras *beams*
Several bottles of this month's freebie, Hartleigh to be exact.
In this box:
Hartleigh - heart holo glitter
Colton - cream black lavender
Becky - silk finish indigo
Colton - cream black lavender
Becky - silk finish indigo
Illume Face & Eye Brightener
Colton on left, Becky on right
The freebie, Hartleigh
A swatch of Becky
Supposedly it's a silk finish but I didn't notice that. It's nice in any case.
One coat of Hartleigh.
Two coats of Hartleigh
And one coat of Colton.
It's so dark, basically black, but bleeds the lavender color you see on my pinky.

I've not gotten a chance to try out Illume, but it looks good, too!
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great month <3

Julep - October Box
This month I personalized my box and got the following for $24.99:
- Julep Nail Color - Nancy (left)
- Julep Nail Color - Ledi (right)
- Night Shift Sleeping Mask
Here's a swatch of Ledi:
Here's a swatch of Nancy:
I haven't had a chance to try the mask yet. Ledi looked pretty much like black with perhaps a latex-like effect. Since I already have a black latex that looks much better than this, Ledi isn't interesting enough to keep. It will go in an upcoming giveaway. I haven't made up my mind about Nancy yet. I think I already have a sage metallic. We'll see...
I haven't been loving the color options with Julep for a long time, and have been leaning toward the makeup products instead of polishes. Then the makeup products end up sitting on my table unopened, or used once because they can't displace the other products I've come to love. I'll likely use up my next box credit (I had to prepay for three months of personalized boxes), and then cancel.

Julep - September Box
In September's box I used Julep points to add in the Mystery Grab Bag.
Rainbow Honey August Mystery Bag
The mini subscription is $10.00 and then $2.95 for shipping. So total I pay per month is $12.95.
Here is the info card that came with the goodies.
The mystery bag generally comes with three polishes, and a few extras. I've gotten a scented cuticle balm the last few bags, and also a mini roller ball perfume, but the body splash is new to me!
Here's a close up of the polishes. The blue (488nm) is gorgeous, and will be coming out in 2015.
L to R - and what the info card says about each.
1) Modern Hearts - A mix of peach, pink, and neon matte glitters with white hearts in a shimmery base. Colorful and playful! Have fun!
2) 488nm - A brand new (and gorgeous) solid azure blue creme, part of an upcoming 2015 collection! Let us know what you think!
3) Royal Fruits Scented Top Coat - Our well-known top coat will add a layer of protection to each new mani, now available in a brand new scent, Royal Fruits! A summery fragrance reminiscent of beautiful warm weather and refreshing summer fruits!
I had to swatch that blue polish immediately, and I wound up loving it so much I did all of my nails. Still need to clean up the polish, so excuse the ugly lol. I also wound up tossing on the scented top coat, it smells amazing and dries shiny and fast.
